i had been struggling with the question of what to do with 'Ziik' for months. But i decided to let 'Ziik' have a say in this consideration. I had thought of having someone care for him but completely dismissed the idea after months of surveying possible candidates. Ziik, himself took active parts in dimissing each one. Ziik had been my constant companion for the past 2yrs of my Thailand journey in search of freedom but how can i seek freedom caring for Ziik in a cage?? Even though i went over and beyond birdkeepers protocol i was continually stricken with guilt. On 3-31 two-days ago it hit me to go to Khao sok, national park. This is where i decided to say a tearful good-bye to Ziik..
