Ring, Ring, the Job from Hell Is Calling!

Check out this job description I found recently.  It was posted on the blog of the guy who owns Twitter.com.  Talk about the job from hell!

I love this part: "[The job] will be hourly (1099), at first, until you set up the payroll system for the company, and then we can discuss salary and insurance (once you set that up, too)."  Ooh, and I just LOVE those jobs where the boss won't commit to any specific salary until he has "discussed" (aka, manipulation and intimidation) it with you!

And by the way, what the heck is HE doing while you're doing his job?

My goodness it must be an employers market with that kind of job description! I love the 'hourly' part - does that mean they only have to give you 5 minutes notice before you get the Donald Trump 'You're Fired!!!' line??!

Considering how much time this fellow spent on this job ad, I can only imagine how much time he has spent thinking through the more important things. Sorry, but I spent eleven years doing the thinking for a moron over me that he/she should have been doing for himself/herself. I'll stay broke working for myself, but at least I'm happy!
